2. What we process

  • Server logs. When you visit the site, our servers automatically process technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to operate and secure the service. Our servers are located in the EU.
  • Contact form. When you contact us, we process your name, email address and message in order to respond to your enquiry.
  • Hub account. For Q64 Hub users we process account and sign-in data (name, email address, authentication via Google or password) and the content you create in the Hub in order to provide the service.
  • Analytics. We use PostHog (EU Cloud) to understand how the site is used. PostHog is configured cookieless and the data is processed in the EU.

3. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies (for example to keep you signed in to the Hub). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; our analytics run cookieless.

4. Service providers

We share data with carefully selected providers who process it only on our behalf:

  • Hosting (servers in the EU)
  • PostHog (analytics, EU)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Google (OAuth sign-in)

5. International transfers

Data is processed primarily in Switzerland and the EU. Where individual providers (for example Google) transfer data to the USA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. Account data is deleted when the account is closed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact inquiry@q64.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a competent EU supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published here is the one that applies.
